Is Kexi 'Free'?

You would have to read the licence agreement.  I am sure that the free
windows version, the commercial windows version and the linux version
all have different licence terms.

This creates a mental image of a bunch of people in the board room,
some of which are convinced that the
"build-a-community-around-the-software" method of earning income is the
way to go while others are not convinced and have the "sell the
software" opinion.  Let's see who is right.  



When you sit on the fence like that, though, it is not the best thing
for building a community around the software, I would think.
