No SOUND Output !!! (Bug ? )

Problem Fix,
very odd, you had to click the volume icon open preferences,
and select external amplifier, then close, then switch to the switch tab,
and un-select the external amplifier, and now I can hear the drums.... 
Ubuntu.

So, its a BUG !!!
