I completely get that but thought you were bemoaning the fact of not
having that link in your menu. Of course you could make the menu entry
yourself (I assume GNOME has that capability, IceWM does) but I prefer
<update-menus> to keep my menu completely stocked.
And /does/ Ubuntu come with other shells installed by default besides
bash? I really don't know.
