Based on the appearance of your sources.list file my guess is that apt
is using the k3b package from the http://www.planet-moll.de/debian
repository. Since it's not a Ubuntu repository apt can't find the files
that that k3b package depends on.

I just took a look at that repository and k3b is the only package there.

Is there any particular reason you have this in your sources.list file?

I've found myself needing a package ubuntu didn't have on a few rare
occasions and have used non-Ubuntu repositories, but only long enough to
get the package I wanted, then I'd remove or disable them.

They just cause too much trouble.

You really should get rid of it, or disable it. That
http://repos.knio.it/ repository could be causing you problems as well.
 It's really best to stick with ubuntu-specific packages.

After removing or disabling those repositories do the following:

	sudo apt-get update&&sudo apt-get install k3b

Depending on what you have installed, apt may want to remove some of the
packages you got from those places to satisfy dependencies.
