And I agree with you about printing in general on Linux and ubuntu.
Linux folks buy printers too:)
Linuxprinting.org lists the Laserjet 4 plus as a Postscript-printer but
it is not. Although the laserjet 4M plus has Postscript. I get our
Laserjet 4 plus to print well using the hpijs-driver, but unfortunately
it prints adds a blank page to the end of each job. 8 Ubuntu 5.10 boxes
share this printer and have the same problem. I am considering that it
is a memory-problem in the printer and will try to upgrade it.
Do anyone have suggestions to what I can do to fix the blank page
problem?
