install theme's

Even easier than that (assuming you are using http://art.gnome.org as
your theme source).

Open the theme manager.

Launch Firefox (or Epiphany if you prefer).

Go to http://art.gnome.org.

Browse the themes.

When you find one you want drag and drop the link to the open theme manager.
