You can find information on the FrontPage Server Extensions on the MSDN
site at:

It would appear that Microsoft actually contracts out its UNIX based
support to a third-party. You can find all the information here:
http://www.rtr.com/fpsupport/
That page contains links to the downloads and documentation for the
installation, etc. I'm afraid I can't be of much assistance beyond that,
never having been a FrontPage user myself. I wouldn't expect much in the
way of details from the contractor either, as neither Ubuntu nor Debian
appear to be supported platforms (although I know that it is possible to
use either).
As with most things Microsoft, you have to agree to their EULA, and
provide certain personal details prior to getting the download.
