Ubuntu network install

Hi everybody, 
 
I've been trying to network install Ubuntu however, the install fails
because I get the message Ubuntu archive could not be found.  I also get
the messages that either the archieve could not be found that it doesn't
have a vaild copy of ubuntu.  I've tried this with 5.10 and dapper.  Any
help would be greatful.
