Remastering Dapper

Hi,

I was going over the http://www.wlug.org.nz/UbuntuRemastering site and
was wondering how much of that is going to change with Dapper.

I see there's still the .disk/ directory but things appear to have
changed with isolinux.

Now, there's no mention of preseed in the isolinux.cfg file and
there's also the 'boot=casper'.  I see a squashfs filesystem in
casper/ as well as its manifest.  Is there any documentation about the
new iso layout?

Does the Live CD use unionfs to have a "writable" filesystem or is
that part of the casper implementation?
