Yap here it does. When clicking on that desktop icon, rxvt-unicode opens
and prompt you for the password.
Them laoding mc as root.  ;)

PS. you may want to add the font option from Peter Garrett (for better
readability:

rxvt-unicode -geometry 110x40 -fn "xft:Bitstream Vera Sans
Mono:pixelsize=14" -e sudo mc


right click on desktop and put that in "command" enter what ever you
like in "name" and "comment" and finished.
