Lexmark printer install

Hey, the "Optra E/ljet4" worked for me too! Thanks James. Looks like I 
gave up trying drivers at random too soon.

I think I'll stop there, it works for me, and I get the feeling the 
alternatives are way harder (thanks anyway Jim)
