dpkg-reconfigure locales doesn´t work

Hello,

i need to add ISO 8859-15 to my dapper-system for using Moneyplex
(homebanking software).

When i run "dpkg-reconfigure locales" in a shell only this here i get as
a result. ..how can i configure locales ??
