Grub Error 17

Hi,

I encountered this problem with GRUB installing Ubuntu 5.10 on a
Celeron 500Mhz machine with Windows 98SE (FAT32). I made a second
partition (4GB).

I installed ubuntu in server mode (by typing "server" at cd boot). But
when it's on "GRUB" step, it installs it.

When I reboot, the GRUB gives me an 17 error and refuses to continue.

I watched many thread in ubuntuforums.org but none of them helped me.
