Linuxconf

I did not install the full Ubuntu desktop, I did a server install and
blackbox shell.  I need some gui networking tools, that is what the
people at my work want.  They want speed with some tools.

I think Linuxconf is a Red Hat thing, so the answer is no. Ubuntu has 
GUI tools of its own. Look under the "System" menu at the top. That 
should cover all your needs. Is there anything in particular you want to
do?
