X31 ACPI Freeze problem again

Hello All,

last week i upgraded from breezy to dapper and  it seems dapper has
re-introduced a strange 'freeze/lockup when running on battery' issue. This
ACPI bug was resolved in breezy but seems to be back.

my hardware is an IBM X31 laptop with the 2.6.15-18-686 kernel.



should i file i a bug report about this or is there a simple work around ?
