Help needed with gnome-power-manager bug confirmation

Well, I noticed and reported a possible bug in gnome-power-manager package.

The problem basically is that if I hibernate my laptop with a
partially charged battery and resume later with a fully charged
battery, the battery-applet displayed in the notification area shows
the wrong battery state.
If someone could check this out and get back (either here, or
preferably, directly on launchpad, it would be great.
