ubuntu will be promoted in hacklab in london

Hi,

very short because it is sooo short notice. A hacklab's group (we
actually call ourselves 'london hacklabs collective') will be having a
day-long event about Free Software.

Other operating systems will be subject of workshops. I will be giving
one titled 'from Windows to Linus in an hour", so 'at the end of the
journey' I will be presenting ubuntu as the best distro i've found so far...

This will be happening tomorrow from 1 (this workshop i mention should
begin at 3.30 but we may have to re-arrange due to a flood of people who
suddenly want to give workshops...) in RampArt social centre, 15 Rampart
Street, Whitechapel, London E1. Best buses to get there are 15 and 115;
nearest tube station is Whitechapel.

This is free, and in the evening there will be DJ's and music and food
until 1am, and we will ask for donations because we do this thing to
keep the place open and with a good free internet access so that we can
teach and promote Free Software on an on-going basis (we are there every
Saturday from 1pm).
