Printer rename on Gnome in Breezy

I don't use Ubuntu myself but have installed it for a couple of clients;

Apart from the naming issue, both machines print OK but the jobs don't
disappear from the jobs queue once they are completed.

I'd really like to know how to enable the browser interface to cups.
