Printer rename on Gnome in Breezy

The printer name cannot in fact be changed, because it is used as an
identifier in cups.

BTW I've submitted some patches (see bug report) to allow chosing the
name when it adding a new printer, and also allow setting a description
and location (both when adding a printer and in the printer properties
dialog). If they are accepted maybe they will be included in dapper.
