Upgrading Nvidia card - 4200 to 5200

Are there any special tips for upgrading hardware in Linux?  I'm
moving from a 4200 to a 5200 for compiz lovin', and I wanted to know
if there is anything special I need to do?

I'm hoping I can just plug and play but xorg.conf has some very
specific entries:

Section "Device"
    Identifier     "NVIDIA Corporation NV25 [GeForce4 Ti 4200]"

and

Section "Screen"
    Identifier     "Default Screen"
    Device         "NVIDIA Corporation NV25 [GeForce4 Ti 4200]"

what will be the best way to reconfigure those?
