launchpad sucks!

I'm getting totally pissed off about all the time I'm wasting trying to
report bugs in launchpad - I can't frikkin find where to report the damn
things, libraw1394 says "In order to file a bug on libraw1394, please do
so in its official bug tracker or on its package in the distribution
you're using." - but that doesn't help because the bug I want to report
is the way ubuntu sets permission on dev1394.

And I can't for the life of me work out how to report a bug against
gimp-print, all I keep finding is "In order to file a bug on Gimp Print,
please do so in its official bug tracker or on its package in the
distribution you're using." or source packages - which I know nothing
about! And if i follow the a link from google
( https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/gimp-print/+bugs )
suddenly I can see three bugs! So I try again through the
'guess-and-click' system and get to
( https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/breezy/+source/gimp-print/+bugs )
no bugs! I'm back to a source package. Click report a bug and there are
no existing bugs so I figure I'm in the wrong place, click on 'report a
bug' and then check for duplicate by clicking on 'already reported' and
all of a sudden those three bugs are back again!</rant>

so, I'm off to take some deep breaths - it it worth the hastle?
