Some usability ideas for Ubuntu

It does nothing of the sort for me.  Using Firefox.  In Breezy.  I can
drag and drop the URL, but there's nothing selected.  I have to resort
to "click in address bar, hit ^A and type" to change the URL there.
Which is a serious annoyance.
