Adept Pkg Mgr

This one isn't quite as adept as in Breezy 5.10, as it has tried --two times 
out of two-- to d/l all updates when all I selected was a pkg or two which 
had no deps.  The proof to that was when I used 'apt-get clean' and then 
'apt-get install' to retrieve the two pkgs and two was all that were d/l.

Anyone else have this prb or know how to solve it?  Perhaps I should check the 
bug list, huh.
