The things I tried less than 6 months ago resulted in packages with
runtime issues (at least that's what people reported, I don't use it
myself).

FreePascal won't make it into Dapper for sure, maybe Dapper+1 if I can
get it working quickly - poke me in a week or so since I will be quite
busy before that.
