A long time ago (well, just after Breezy came out) I made freepascal
packages by installing fpc from a debian repo and compiling the fpc
sources.
That version of FreePascal was quite flaky - if in the meantime
FreePascal has improved I could try this dance again, but it would
require an initial binary-only upload to the archive to bootstrap it.
