ubuntu-desktop not installed after upgrade to Dapper

This is not a bug. At certain times during the development various
packages become broken for periods of time. It is not uncommon for one
of the packages that ubuntu-desktop depends on to become broken, and
doing a blind upgrade will remove the broken package, and ubuntu-desktop
as well since it depends on the broken package.
You probably did a blind upgrade and ubuntu-desktop got uninstalled.
The other day I noticed that ubuntu-desktop was going to be removed when
I upgraded, so I didn't. I didn't look into it to see which package was
broken, but it is probably fixed by now.
Either don't upgrade if the upgrade will result in removing
ubuntu-desktop, or simply reinstall ubuntu-desktop a few days later once
the broken package is fixed.
