Samefile utility

After a bit of googling I found the samefile utility at
http://www.schweikhardt.net/samefile/

I have used the "Search package directories" web-form to look
for it among the Ubuntu packages, but haven't found it.

Is there another utility already in Ubuntu that does the same?
If not, can someone possibly build an Ubuntu version of samefile
and put it in the respositories?
