It looks like you haven't enabled the multiverse repository. I would add
the word "multiverse" on the end of your "universe" lines and do a 

sudo apt-get update

thus:

deb http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ dapper universe multiverse

and so on...
