mouse sticking

I have thought of that but the only thing that bugs me is that I can't
get it to stick on all apps...only minesweeper and using mouse wheel on
long pdf files. I could not find any similar occurrences to this on
google, but I thought i'd give the mailing list a try just to see if
someone had a similar occurrence before I spent money on a new one.
