mouse sticking

Hello,

I started having a problem where if I use my mouse too much (i.e.
minesweeper, scrolling with mousewheel for like 2 min straight) that it
just sticks. The computer usage is low and memory is hardly being used
and I still have the problem. I can alt-tab to any window and work cpu
w/ keyboard...and restarting hotplug doesn't help. Usually change
windows for 30 seconds and mouse starts working again. Never had a
problem w/ it until a couple of days ago and i haven't changed anything
major on my system. I would appreciate the help!
