I just wanted to note that this little script doesn't really completely
solve the problem I wanted it to. I wanted to be able to sit down at my
computer at any time and have access to the resources online at the
University. Unfortunately the VPN client doesn't support re-keying and is
therefore disconnected every time the Universities server decides to do
its re-keying. Online this is stated to be every eight hours, but it
looks like my University is doing this more often than that.
The script is still useful, but I'll have to rerun it whenever I need to
connect. This is unfortunate.
