mbox maildir

If you are using procmail, then postfix doesn't actually deliver the mail, so it ignores the home_mailbox directive.  Postfix just hands the mail to procmail, so you need to configure procmail to drop it in the Maildir.  I forget how to do this offhand, and the machine I have configured that way is at work, so I'll have to check tomorrow.
