Logging Into Webmin for the first time

Installed via apt-get, but I'm having problems getting logged in.

I've tried this:

sudo passwd root

As well as this:

#/usr/share/webmin/changepass.pl /etc/webmin root <your password here>

To no avail. I even tried apt-get remove webmin, then sudo passwd root, then
apt-get install webmin. Again, to no avail.
