Please, read the license text closely. Stated in as simple and practical
terms as possible:

3 If you distribute the binaries, do one of these:
(a Put the source code in the same place as the binaries, in a usable
form: compileable and in a medium that can be used by the recipient of
the binaries. (This last part basically means that it's ok if the source
is distributed by the same means as the binaries, CD -> CD, or download
-> download). OR,
(b) Add a written offer to send the source to anyone who requests it, on
a usable medium and for a fee that does not exceed the handling costs.
OR,
(c) Only if your redistribution is not commercial, you can point the
person that receives the binaries from you to the your binary provider.
E.g., if I give my mom a Ubuntu CD, it's ok if she installs her sources
from the same Ubuntu repositories as I do, or takes them up on the offer
(as written on the binary CD) to send her source CDs (as per 3(b))
