After suspend-resume cycle: USB mouse very "jumpy"

I now installed the suspend2 meta package from
<http://www.ucc.asn.au/~dagobah/dapper-kernels/> which installs a new
linux-image package and an updated hibernate package. After having done
so, resuming works fine and my USB mouse is no longer "jumpy" - hooray!
