Upgrading to Edgy Eft

Well, if, say, a total Ubuntu newbie posts to the list, my experience is
that very rarely is he told to google, search the archives or whatever.
Instead, the same old answers are repeated by friendly people ad
nauseam, and I am very happy about this conduct on the list.

If however someone who installed edgy (and not in beta state, but in
full-on merging state) posts to the list with simple questions, I do
think that "RTFM" answers will happen, and I can't blame anyone

I think this was discussed and as far as I am concerned it was
established that nobody is bitter or angry about edgy usage as such.
