Note that Manoj is the *Debian* maintainer for gnus. He may not welcome
random questions about the Ubuntu version of the package.
In general, there is no person responsible for individual packages in
Ubuntu, it's all team based. This means no Single Point of Failure, but
also no Single Point of Responsibility. I'm still not sure which problem is
worse.
