CD Music Collection...

To catalog my music (as well as DVDs, books, games, etc) I use Open
Media Lending Database (http://opendb.iamvegan.net/).  It is designed
with the idea that people are borrowing the media like a library or
club or something.  I just ignore all the borrow and duration stuff and
use it to catalog my inventory.  You can add more fields to suit your
purpose, etc.  You might want to give it a shot.
