It's not a matter of favorite - some things just won't work under Wine.

Of course it is! The Wine developers are trying (and doing a pretty good
job) to guess at what's happening under the Windows covers, and not every
application behaves the way it is supposed to. So we try to make our apps
run under Wine, and when they don't we either give up, or dig far enough
into the problems to find solutions (or help the developers plug one more
loophole).

I've spent more than 5 years trying to get Quicken working, and finally I
have it working "well enough" - ie, it still can't show me Help (needs
Windows Help to work - that might be fixable, but by now I don't really
need help), it needs frequent focusing off & back on to windows to get them
to maximize (under windows you don't even see that they _are_ child
windows) and it runs out of memory doing a year-end copy (so I do that on a
Windows box - not too onerous once a year).
