TwinView: Application windows open on TV-Screen

I'm having the same problem. What do you mean with using seperate
workspaces and how do I achive this. As of now I have four workspaces
with both tv and monitor on each one. I like being able to just pull
windows to the left, the tv-screen, but I really want all application
to startup on the computer monitor.
