trying to clear the job.cache and it would not let me
 master at lares:/var/cache/cups$ sudo echo '' > cat job.cache
 -bash: cat: Permission denied
 
 master at lares:/var/cache/cups$ sudo cat /dev/null > cat job.cache
 -bash: cat: Permission denied
