It's available in all kinds of places, except where it should be. The
changes should be available through the update manager, synaptic, and
apt. I wonder if this is also inline with the devs also removing the
source deb packages?

We aren't talking about updates to EFT, but to dapper. The change logs
aren't available where they should be.
