URGENT-Fedora-XP-->Ubuntu

Dears,

My friend had Fedora and XP installed in his laptop. Then he decided
to install Ubuntu. We put Kubuntu-Desktop  in the CD restarted the
computer. Suddenly we got an error like unable to find file system.

Now, When I boot, I get Error "Missing Operating System"

When restart the PC with Kubunt-Desktop, I can go to Kubuntu. Using
the system settings, I can see all paritions. His concern is that he
wants to change the MBR to run Windows. Then install Kubuntu
