Asterisk Production Distro?

Hey all,

I am curious as to which linux distributions are being used to deploy 
asterisk in production environements.  I know that Poundkey? is the new 
one being created by Digium.  I have used Debian in the past to deploy 
but what have you all found in the ways of strengths and weaknesses of 
other distros specifically for this purpose?  How does Suse 9.3 / 10 
do?  Any that should be kept away?
