Problem with using removable storage devices

When I connect usb-disk to computer it appears in Places -> Computer
(usbdisk icon - name Jetflash), but if I click on it, it says:
Unable to mount selected volume.
error: device /dev/sdf1 is already mounted to /media/usbdisk
error: could not execute pmount

I sounds logically, cannot be mounted because already is mounted
in /media/usbdisk.

If I go into /media/usbdisk folder, it contains data from usb-disk, and
are usable.

Problem is I must umount volume manually by: sudo umount /media/usbdisk.

Why device mounts automatically and not by doubleclicking on icon, and
why This icon won't appear on desktop.
