How can I isntall pose in my Ubuntu 6.06?

Hi There,

I have been using Ubuntu 6.06 for several month and now I want to develop a
Palm application. I successfully got prc-tools, pilrc installed, but I can
not find pose - Plam OS Emulator in Ubuntu's package list. I found it in
Debian's package list but I don't know how to install it into my Ubuntu.

How do I install pose?
