I faced the same problem like you. I need technical drawings for my
work. Untill a short time ago i worked with visio. But now i am
completely switched to Kivio. When you want some additional stencils
you can buy them on TheKompany.com. They also have a commercial version
of kivio, called kiviomp. This program is much more flexible it is also
possible to rotate objects. Give it a try it is for trial usage for
free.
