Change Gnome Splash Screen

Thanks for the sudo command for that splash screen download I was
looking for that. I was wondering if anyone remembers in Breezy there
was a program as well in System > Preference that there was a program
that you could run where it brought you to a web site where you can
actually download splash screen, themes, and login in screens. I
remember seeing on breezy but cannot remember the name for the life of
me.
