libgnomeprint bug release

Hi,

I installed Dapper couple days after it got release, since then gnome
programs can't print (they try to use A4 paper no matter what options you
choose).

There is a released fix for that:

However, I does not seem to be in the update reps.  I search through apt-get
and checked that my mirrors are up to date, no dice....

Does anyone know what's the mechanism (schedule and such) for bug fixes?
I can't believe that everyone using Dapper and non A4 printing size can't
print since Dapper is out, anyone?
