printer not working dapper install

I have Lexmark Z53 USB conneted printer.
I had it working in Ubuntu 5.10.

I just did a fresh install of 6.06 Dapper.
I blew away the old partitions and installed dapper
cleanly.

I went to printers under system > administration and
it detected my printer:  Lexmark Z53
I told it to use that driver.

When I print I only get a blank page.

When I was running 5.10 I used the gimpprint Z53
driver.
I don't see the gimpprint driver in dapper.

One other thing, for choosing the paper size I don't
see letter or 8 1/2 x 11, is it under a different
name?

Anyone have any thoughts how to get my printer working?
